BREAKING NEWS!

Leah and Marty have just returned from the New York Television Festival where a comedy pilot they co-created, wrote, and starred in, Today's Special, was an official selection.

We took a break from our live show to write, shoot, and edit the pilot and are psyched that it paid off! Check out the trailer here.

2007/2008 CRUISIN' FOR A BRUISIN' TOUR

Leah and Marty have come ashore with a brand new show, Cruisin' for a Bruisin'! The show combines a hilarious behind-the-scenes travelogue of life aboard a cruise ship with sketches targeting what Marty and Leah think is "in the doghouse."

Leah and Marty know what they're talking about. They just returned from a four-month stint working as professional sea comedians. What happens when Marty and Leah are dropped into a world where the drinks start flowing at 9 am, mullets and sequined gowns are commonplace, and once a week male crewmembers strip for "Ladies Night?" Set sail with Somebody's in the Doghouse and find out.

Chicago (January 3-5)
Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival We returned to this festival with our new show and the audience loved it. Thanks to Brian, Jill, and the rest of the staff for their support and for giving us a second slot during the festival!

Boston (Nov. 29)
At 8 pm we hit Sketch Haus--it was great! We tried out some new material and rocked some old stuff. Thanks guys!

At 10 pm we were at Improv Asylum with our full show. We continue to tweak it and it is getting even better. We had friends and strangers in the audience for a great big comedy love fest.

Chicago (Nov. 9-11)
We did two great shows at The Playground theater. We loved sharing this show with Chicago, especially with the other folks who had been on ships like us! Many thanks to Matt Barbera for all of his help.

Los Angeles Comedy Festival (Nov. 2-3) Thanks again to Lawrin for a great festival. We liked hanging with young upstarts Davidson! backstage. We loved seeing all of our L.A. peeps. Big props to our ol' gal, Lisa Schurga for becoming a Groundling!

Boston Comedy Festival (Oct. 11)
This was our THIRD year at the Boston Comedy Festival. It felt gooooooood. Thanks IA.

New York City (Oct. 4)
We did our new show for the first time on land THE SAME DAY we got off the ship. We are not kidding. It was great to see our NYC friends (and some strangers) love what we'd crafted somewhere in the middle of the ocean.

Doghouse is cruisin'. Marty and Leah are performing as part of the Second City ensemble aboard the Norwegian Dawn! From June 9-October 4 Leah and Marty will be working with three other actors and a musician to bring the comedy of The Second City to the seafaring public. We will be porting (yes, that is a verb) out of NYC and heading to Bermuda and the Bahamas for the first three months. For the last month we meander up the New England and Canadian coast. LEAF PEEPERS!

Come cruise with us, or better yet, hang around the docks and catch us on our day off (Saturday).

2006/2007 WHO'S IN THE DOGHOUSE NOW? TOUR

April 2007 -- dccomedyfest We debuted some new sketches. Yeah! We saw our old friends Two Girls for Five Bucks and met some new friends like Diani and Devine, Tybrus, Midtown, and Lounge-zilla.

January 2007 -- CHICAGO SKETCHFEST
What a great way to start the new year. Brian and Jill and the rest of the crew were phenomenal. We were featured on CLTV, Leah was quoted extensively in the Chicago Tribune, and we rocked the show, the late-night Sketch-u-bator, and the esteemed panel of Kelly Leonard, Ron West and Mick Napier.

November 2006 -- LA FESTIVAL OF SKETCH
Lawrin really treated us right. We had two fun shows and Comedy Central, JibJab, and HBO's U.S. Comedy Arts Festival came to check us out! Nice one!

September 2006 -- BOSTON COMEDY FESTIVAL
We did shows all over Boston during the festival week and had a great time rockin' the Sketch Showcase with our friends Two Girls for Five Bucks and the Untrainables. Anne Harris, from The Hazzards (a ukelele-toting supergroup) and Comedy Central came to our show. We like her (eye-batting).

June 2006 -- LOWELL COMEDY FESTIVAL
Got a good look at some of those old mill buildings. Revitalize this, suckers!

May 2006 -- NEW YORK
Weekend of shows at The PIT Theater. Meeting up with old friends Mark and Will for a little Psychic Improv action on the side.

April 2006 -- DCCOMEDYFEST
Two shows as a Feature Act. Along the way we shared the stage with the Cody Rivers Show, Biscuitville, and Party Central, USA. Marty confirmed she took a class with a feller from Party Central. We also shared a nice walk home with the gentlemen from POW.

April 2006 -- SWARTHMORE COLLEGE
Two shows at Leah's alma mater with improv sensations Vertigo-go and the song stylings of God's Pottery. Highlights of these shows included Leah making one of the "Christian" boys from GP drop his pants.

January 2006 -- SAN FRANCISCO SKETCHFEST
Two packed shows with crowds of 300+! Our first was with the boys from Boomtime. The second was with the Naked Babies with all-star member Rob Corrdry from The Daily Show. Both groups were great, and we learned that pretty much everyone in San Francisco is nice.

December 2005 -- CHICAGO
Three back-to-back shows in Chicago. Leah was excited to show her stuff to her Chi-town peers. Marty was so overwhelmed that people were still smoking in bars that she found herself encouraging Leah to start.

October 2005 -- BOSTON COMEDY FESTIVAL
One show. We christened the inaugural Sketch Showcase Stage and brand-new sketch show Driven, Not Scared. We got rave reviews from the Artistic Directors of all three sketch and improv comedy theaters in Boston. Thank you very much boys!
